Subscription Cancellation Policy

Craving Forge subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency and price selected at sign-up, until canceled.

How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, email us at Support@cravingforge.com with your name and order number.

When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops all future renewals. Once an order has entered the preparation/production process or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food items, all food sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos of the items and the packaging and email us at Support@cravingforge.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit if appropriate.

Corporate subscriptions
Corporate orders may be subject to additional terms. Custom pricing and payment terms will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
