Welcome to Craving Forge! We're excited to bring you delicious gourmet popcorn, flavorful pretzels, snack mixes, subscription boxes, and specialty gifts. 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Craving Forge website and your purchase of our products and services. 

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website. 

1. General Information 

Craving Forge ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online snack food business offering: 

  • Gourmet popcorn and flavored pretzels 

  • Specialty snack mixes 

  • Monthly snack subscription boxes 

  • Corporate gifting and bulk orders 

  • Custom snack boxes and event services 

  • Promotional offers and seasonal collections 

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our products and services at any time, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments. 

2. Eligibility and Website Use 

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or are using the website with permission from a parent or legal guardian. 

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information. 

  • Attempt to interfere with website security. 

  • Reproduce or distribute our content without authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Availability 

Craving Forge strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, ingredients, and pricing. 

However: 

  • Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs. 

  • Flavors and assortments may change based on availability. 

  • Limited-edition products may sell out. 

  • Packaging designs may be updated. 

  • Product colors and textures may vary. 

If a purchased item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative or provide an appropriate refund. We will not substitute materially different products without your consent.

4. Pricing and Payments 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. 

We reserve the right to change product prices and promotional offers. Changes will not affect previously accepted orders unless permitted by law or agreed upon by the customer. 

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be displayed before purchase. 

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. 

We use third-party payment providers to process transactions securely.



Section 5: Subscriptions, Box Offerings, and Pricing

Craving Forge offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscription plans for our snack boxes. Our current active subscription offerings and pricing are as follows:

  • The Snack Box

  • The Craving Box

  • The Ultimate Snack Box

  • Popcorn Subscription Box

  • Pretzels Box

Individual box prices, recurring billing intervals, and current rates for our Family Boxes ($79.99), Party Boxes ($79.99), and other selections are clearly displayed on their respective product pages at checkout. Subscription renewals will automatically process at the frequency and price selected at the time of sign-up until canceled in accordance with our subscription management terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery 

Craving Forge ships eligible orders within the United States. 

Shipping charges, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout where applicable. 

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. 

If your package arrives damaged, missing products, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs. 

Your rights regarding lost, delayed, or undelivered orders remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws. 

7. Food Safety and Allergens 

Craving Forge takes food quality and safety seriously. 

Our products may contain or be produced in environments where common allergens are handled, including: 

  • Milk and dairy 

  • Wheat and gluten-containing ingredients 

  • Soy 

  • Peanuts 

  • Tree nuts 

  • Other ingredients identified on individual product labels 

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before consumption. 

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact us before ordering if you need additional information. 

We do not guarantee that products are allergen-free, gluten-free, vegan, or suitable for a particular diet unless expressly identified as such. 

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies arising from unsafe, contaminated, or improperly labeled food products.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements 

Because Craving Forge sells food products, certain returns may be restricted for food safety reasons. 

However, customers should contact us if they receive: 

  • Incorrect products 

  • Damaged merchandise 

  • Defective products 

  • Missing items 

  • Products that do not meet applicable quality or safety requirements 

Refunds, replacements, and other remedies will be evaluated under our published Refund Policy and applicable law. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, replacement, or consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived. 

9. Corporate Gifting and Bulk Orders 

Craving Forge offers corporate snack boxes, employee appreciation gifts, client gifts, and bulk snack orders. 

Corporate orders may be subject to additional terms, including: 

  • Minimum order quantities 

  • Custom pricing 

  • Production timelines 

  • Branding and packaging requirements 

  • Delivery schedules 

  • Deposits or advance payments 

Custom pricing and payment terms will be communicated before an order is confirmed. 

Any additional corporate order agreement will supplement these Terms. If the agreements conflict, the specifically negotiated written agreement will control for that order.

10. Custom Orders and Event Services 

Custom orders may include personalized packaging, specialty flavors, branded gifts, popcorn bars, and event snack assortments. 

Before accepting a custom order, Craving Forge may require confirmation of product details, quantities, delivery dates, and payment terms. 

Changes or cancellations after production begins may result in nonrefundable costs to the extent disclosed and permitted by law. 

Event services may require a separate written agreement covering setup, location, timing, staffing, cancellation, and other arrangements. 

11. Promotional Offers and Discounts 

Craving Forge may offer: 

  • Discount codes 

  • Free sample promotions 

  • Buy One, Get One offers 

  • Subscription discounts 

  • Loyalty rewards 

  • Referral incentives 

  • Limited-time promotions 

Promotions are subject to their advertised terms, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates. 

Unless expressly permitted, promotional offers cannot be combined. 

Free product promotions may require customers to pay disclosed shipping charges. 

We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or unauthorized promotional redemptions. 

12. Free Samples 

From time to time, Craving Forge may offer free promotional snack samples. 

A free sample promotion may require payment of shipping and applicable taxes, which will be disclosed before checkout. 

Sample quantities may be limited per customer or household. 

Free sample orders do not create a recurring subscription unless the customer separately and expressly agrees to recurring billing terms. 

13. Loyalty and Referral Programs 

Customers may have the opportunity to earn rewards through eligible purchases, referrals, or promotional activities. 

Loyalty points and rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated. 

Program eligibility, earning rates, redemption rules, and expiration terms will be disclosed in the applicable program rules. 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a program, subject to applicable law and previously earned rights. 

14. Intellectual Property 

All Craving Forge website content, including our original product photographs, designs, written descriptions, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by Craving Forge or used with appropriate permission. 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written authorization. 

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. 

15. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content 

Customers may submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, and feedback. 

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate the rights of others. 

You grant Craving Forge a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and use submitted content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. 

We reserve the right to remove unlawful, fraudulent, or inappropriate submissions.
